Lo rileva l’Istat, segnalando che l’indice corretto per gli effetti di calendario è aumentato del 2,1% rispetto a maggio 2017 e che tutti i raggruppamenti principali di industrie registrano un risultato positivo, con i beni strumentali che continuano a trainare la crescita sia su base annua sia rispetto ad aprile. Nella media del trimestre marzo-maggio – continua l’Istat – la produzione industriale italiana è diminuita dello 0,4% sul trimestre precedente. A maggio, l’indice destagionalizzato mensile mostra una crescita congiunturale in tutti i comparti, con variazioni positive per l’energia (+1,2%), i beni intermedi (+0,9%), i beni strumentali (+0,4%) e i beni di consumo (+0,2%). Gli indici corretti per gli effetti di calendario registrano a maggio 2018 variazioni tendenziali positive in tutti i raggruppamenti: crescono in misura apprezzabile i beni strumentali (+3,1%), l’energia (+2,2%) e i beni di consumo (+2,1%) mentre più limitato è l’aumento dei beni intermedi (+1,3%). I settori manifatturieri che registrano la maggiore crescita su base annua sono la fabbricazione di apparecchiature elettriche e per uso domestico non elettriche (+7,3%), la produzione di prodotti farmaceutici di base e preparati farmaceutici (+6,6%) e i macchinari e attrezzature (+5,1%). Le maggiori flessioni si registrano invece nella fabbricazione di computer, prodotti di elettronica e ottica (-1,6%) e della metallurgia e prodotti in metallo, esclusi macchine e impianti (-1%).
