Senza la riduzione degli oneri di sistema decisa dall’Autorità per l’energia, l’aumento della spesa per gli utenti non domestici sarebbe stato intorno al 13%. Analizzando l’incidenza delle diverse componenti sulla spesa lorda per l’elettricità , emerge il calo del peso delle componenti fiscali (accise+oneri+IVA), che toccano il valore minimo di 49,4%, e il rialzo del peso della componente materia prima (+35,3%), unica componente dove si producono gli effetti della concorrenza. Per quanto riguarda invece le spese relative all’acquisto di GAS (ICET-G), nel terzo trimestre 2018 l’Indice ICET-G, che misura l’andamento medio della spesa per la fornitura di gas naturale sostenuta dai profili tipo di imprese del settore dei servizi, è in aumento del 10,75% rispetto al trimestre precedente. E’ l’aumento congiunturale più alto da quando sono iniziate le rilevazioni di Confcommercio.
