“Sull’ordinanza del Comune di Ventimiglia vorrei fare chiarezza”.
Giovanni Risso, Presidente della Federazione Italiana Tabaccai reputa doveroso chiarire alcuni aspetti in merito alla notizia, apparsa su numerosi articoli di stampa locale e specializzata, relativa al rigetto della sospensiva, deciso dal TAR della Liguria, dell’ordinanza con la quale il Comune ligure ha limitato il funzionamento degli apparecchi da intrattenimento.
“Innanzitutto, l’ordinanza emessa dal TAR Liguria nella giornata di ieri riguarda la richiesta di sospensiva avanzata dalla Società Fun Seven srl nell’ambito di ricorso autonomo e distinto rispetto a quello avanzato da FIT”.
“In secondo luogo – specifica il Presidente Risso – il provvedimento del TAR non entra nel merito della legittimità dell’ordinanza del Sindaco Ioculano, legittimità che sarà decisa solamente nella fase di merito del processo”.
Il Presidente conclude: “Reputo essenziale questo chiarimento vista l’estrema delicatezza della questione. Attendiamo, pertanto, la sentenza conclusiva dell’intero procedimento”.
