“Il comparto in questi anni è stato lasciato un po’ in balia del libero mercato, le liberalizzazioni non hanno prodotto i risultati sperati, non hanno prodotto valore nel comparto”. Lo ha detto Enrico Postacchini, esponente di Confcommercio, nel corso dell’audizione informale in commissione Attività Produttive della Camera. “Questo è un comparto molto vitale che i segnali sull’occupazione li ha dati e come, ma il calo dei consumi ha lasciato il segno sull’80% del Paese”, ha aggiunto. Parlando dei negozi al dettaglio, Postacchini ha ricordato che “sono comparti che devono garantire servizio e presidio durante tutto l’anno nelle fasce orarie già definite. Si deve preservare la distribuzione dei piccoli che rappresentano il 90% e passa anche della nostra base associativa”. Per Confcommercio “il ragionamento limitato a festivi sì o festivi no o quali festivi crediamo sia un po’ limitativo, dopo aver dato un segnale a livello nazionale si deve lasciare alle Regioni la possibilità di poter gestire il tema delle festività.
