La tutela delle imprese balneari e le novità contenute nelle norme regionali per la disciplina del settore sono i temi al centro dell’incontro in programma per lunedì 18 dicembre 2017 presso la sala multimediale della Camera di Commercio “Riviere di Liguria” alle ore 16.00.
L’assemblea promossa dal Sib Confcommercio della Provincia di Imperia è aperta a tutti gli operatori degli stabilimenti balneari, anche se non associati. All’incontro sarà presente il presidente provinciale Sib Fabio Viale, l’assessore regionale al demanio Marco Scajola, ed Enrico Schiappapietra, presidente Regionale Sib liguria. Sul tappeto approfondimenti e spiegazioni della Legge Regionale n. 25 (qualificazione e tutela dell’impresa balneare) e della Legge Regionale n. 26 (disciplina delle concessioni demaniali marittime per finalità turistico ricreative).
“Si tratta- spiega il presidente dei balneari Confcommercuio Fabio Viale – di argomenti di fondamentale importanza come l’estensione della durata delle concessioni per trent’anni e i nuovi criteri per l’esercizio di attività ricreative”.
