Audizione alla Camera di Federalberghi davanti alla commissione Attività produttive nell’ambito dell’esame del ddl recante delega al Governo in materia di turismo. “In riferimento al ddl recante delega al Governo in materia di turismo – ha detto il presidente Bocca – esprimiamo grande apprezzamento per l’intendimento di semplificare il linguaggio normativo, e suggeriamo che le semplificazioni non riguardino unicamente gli aspetti lessicali, ma che si estandano agli aspetti operativi della gestione dell’impresa. Ad esempio, chiediamo di consentire alle aziende alberghiere già fornite di bar o ristoranti di somministrare anche alimenti e bevande al pubblico, senza richiedere ulteriori autorizzazioni o segnalazioni. Riguardo alla classificazione alberghiera, ricordiamo che il processo di revisione è già stato avviato nel 2014 con una precedente legge delega, e ci domandiamo se non sia il caso di completare questo percorso anzichè ricominciare daccapo”. Secondo Bocca, “il nuovo ddl delega sul turismo ha omesso di riproporre un riferimento ai sistemi di classificazione alberghiera adottati a livello Ue ed internazionale, che sono stati richiamati anche dal Parlamento europeo. Ci riferiamo al sistema ‘Hotel Stars Union’, che è il sistema europeo di classificazione alberghiera, al quale già oggi aderiscono 17 Paesi, e in seno al quale operano circa 78mila alberghi. Chiediamo che la legge delega consenta espressemente agli alberghi italiani di utilizzare il sistema ‘Hotel Stars Union’ su base volontaria, in aggiunta al sistema pubblico. In relazione alle altre forme di ricettività non classificate comunque denominate, chiediamo che venga esplicitamente affermata la necessità di assicurare un insieme di standard minimi in materia di igiene, salute, sicurezza, prevenzione incendi e decoro”.
