Gli indici corretti per gli effetti di calendario registrano a maggio 2018 variazioni tendenziali positive in tutti i raggruppamenti: crescono in misura apprezzabile i beni strumentali (+3,1%), l’energia (+2,2%) e i beni di consumo (+2,1%) mentre più limitato è l’aumento dei beni intermedi (+1,3%). I settori manifatturieri che registrano la maggiore crescita su base annua sono la fabbricazione di apparecchiature elettriche e per uso domestico non elettriche (+7,3%), la produzione di prodotti farmaceutici di base e preparati farmaceutici (+6,6%) e i macchinari e attrezzature (+5,1%).
