Giovedì a Roma, nell’ambito del convegno “La distribuzione tra intelligenza artificiale, e-commerce ed abitudini di consumo”, verrà presentato il nuovo volume della colanna “Le Bussole”.
Come Internet sta cambiando il contesto competitivo del commercio al dettaglio e quale futuro per i punti vendita tradizionali. Questi i temi che saranno al centro del convegno di Confcommercio dal titolo “La distribuzione tra intelligenza artificiale, e-commerce ed abitudini di consumo” che si svolgerà giovedì 12 aprile alle ore 10.30 presso la sede nazionale di Piazza G.G. Belli 2. La parte centrale della mattinata sarà dedicata ad una tavola rotonda durante la quale alcuni esperti illustreranno i principali processi di trasformazione che stanno rivoluzionando il retail oggi e, soprattutto, quali sono gli scenari che consumatori ed imprese devono attendersi ed affrontare nei prossimi anni. Partecipano all’evento: Carlo Sangalli, presidente di Confcommercio; Massimo Gaggi, editorialista del Corriere della Sera e autore del libro “Homo Premium”; Cristina Lazzati, direttore Gdoweek e MarkUP; Roberto Ravazzoni, professore ordinario presso il Dipartimento di Comunicazione ed Economia dell’Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia; Fabio Gasparetti, professore ordinario Università Roma Tre Department of Engineering – Artificial Intelligence Laboratory; Luca Zanderighi, professore ordinario di Economia e gestione delle imprese presso la Facoltà di Scienze Economiche Politiche e Sociali dell’Università degli studi di Milano.
