Dalla Regione Liguria contributi alle imprese con danni segnalati per l’alluvione 2016. Arriva una possibilità di risarcimento per le imprese delle provincie di Imperia e Savona, colpiti dall’alluvione del 24/25 novembre 2016.

- tramite posta elettronica certificata (PEC): cciaa.rivlig@legalmail.it;

La delibera del Consiglio dei Ministri del 6 settembre 2018, pubblicata nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n.213 del 13 settembre 2018 stanzia:
- euro 306.180,73 per gli eventi del 13 e 14 ottobre 2016
- euro 3.691.999,72 per gli eventi del 24 e 25 novembre 2016
Contributi previsti
I contributi sono concessi nei limiti percentuali ed entro i massimali indicati nell’allegato A all’Ordinanza Ocdpc n.544/2018 e sono finalizzati:
- alla delocalizzazione dell’immobile, distrutto o danneggiato e dichiarato inagibile con provvedimento della pubblica autorità
- al ripristino strutturale e funzionale dell’immobile nel quale ha sede l’attività o che costituisce l’attività
- al ripristino o alla sostituzione dei macchinari e delle attrezzature danneggiati a seguito dell’evento calamitoso
- all’acquisto di scorte di materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti danneggiati o distrutti e non più utilizzabili a seguito dell’evento calamitoso
Il ripristino o la sostituzione con beni uguali o equivalenti non potrà eccedere in quantità e valore quello dei beni distrutti o danneggiati, nel pieno rispetto della normativa europea riguardante gli aiuti di stato.
